  • ½ C tomato paste

  • 4 C chopped onion

  • 4 C chopped green bell pepper

  • 4 C chopped red bell pepper

  • 1 C fresh chopped tomatoes, blanched

  • 2 tsp low-sodium mustard

  • 4 tsp ground black pepper

  • 2 tsp chopped hot pepper

  • 2 cloves garlic, chopped

  • 2 scallions (green onions), chopped

  • 2 tsp ground ginger

  • 8 tsp ground nutmeg

  • 1 tsp grated orange rind

  • 2 tsp crushed thyme

  • 4 C breadcrumbs
