1 lb extra-lean ground beef

½ C tomato paste

4 C chopped onion

4 C chopped green bell pepper

4 C chopped red bell pepper

1 C fresh chopped tomatoes, blanched

2 tsp low-sodium mustard
|
4 tsp ground black pepper
|
2 tsp chopped hot pepper
|
2 cloves garlic, chopped
|
2 scallions (green onions), chopped
|
2 tsp ground ginger
|
8 tsp ground nutmeg
|
1 tsp grated orange rind
|
2 tsp crushed thyme
|
4 C breadcrumbs

Preheat oven to 350 °F.
