2 small onions, chopped

3 cloves garlic, chopped

1¼ C sliced zucchini

1 Tbsp dried oregano

1 Tbsp dried basil

1 can (8 oz) no-salt-added tomato sauce

1 can (6 oz) no-salt-added tomato paste

2 medium tomatoes, chopped

1 C water

In a medium skillet, heat the olive oil. Sauté onions, garlic, and zucchini in oil for 5 minutes on medium heat.
